Description:This jutsu, mostly used in assignations is a very dangerous jutsu, it takes all water out of the opponents body and turns it into vapor. The jutsu takes the water through a "kiss" or it can be done with your hands. The problem with this jutsu is that i requires 75% of your own water and all of your chackra to preform, if the jutsu works it almost always kill the opponent. The reason this jutsu is forbidden is because of the chances of dieing using it, and training to use it requires human sacrifices.
