Name: Jin
Age: 20
Birthday: 5/4
Gender: Male
Village:Kirigakure
Height: 6’ 9"
Weight: 130
Bloodline: -
Elemental Type: Fire/Wind
Appearance:
Special Item: Ashura
Rank: S-ranked Missing-Nin
History: Born into a normal family in Kirigakure, Jin was raised like almost any other child in the village, to be a ninja. Since he was able to walk, Jin was drilled by both his parents on the ways of the ninja, both physically and mentally in order to prepare Jin for the future, to serve the Mizukage. However, unlike the people of Kirigakure, Jin had little to no affinity with water which angered his parents as they felt that he was a worthless child with no talent to be a ninja.
Therefore, Jin's parents decided to abandon Jin on the outskirts of the village when he was 6, leaving him to fend for himself. Fortunately, a week later, a merchant who was heading towards the village found Jin lying on the ground in the forest, all bruised and battered. The merchant decided to forgo his money making venture in the village and brought the boy to one of his many huts close to the village. Upon waking up, Jin was unable to think as the aroma of food brought him to his senses as he rushed towards the food and began gorging himself. Not knowing the merchant was staring curiously at him from a corner, Jin began to look around the hut, trying to find clues that might explain his location. He was, however, fascinated by the different kinds of items that was in the room which included scrolls as well as weapons.
The merchant then decided to reveal himself and explained the situation to Jin. Even though Jin was learned in the ninja ways, he decided to trust the merchant and began to warm up to him day by day. Not being a ninja, all the merchant could do was allow Jin to view the different scrolls he had, some containing basic ninja codes to follow while others had elemental jutsus which the merchant collected from the differnet villages he visited. Jin being taught about seals from young, tried out basic jutsus from the different elements which made him realise that he had a very strong feel towards fire jutsus as he was able to perform them without much effort whilst he was unable to perform the other elements successfully even with days or weeks of trying.
However, even with Jin's strength with fire jutsus and his good sense of movements, the merchant felt that Jin was still not ready to be a shinobi. When Jin was 8, the merchant brought him to a renowned blacksmith who lived near the border of the water country and requested for a weapon to be made for Jin. The birth of Ashura saw Jin together with it, day and night. Everyday, Jin read scrolls about kenjutsu and tried to synchonize his knowledge with his own style. With the usage of Ashura, Jin gained almost total immunity over fire as he experienced the flames every other second.
From age 11, Jin unlike other kids did not enroll in genin classes but began to travel the different countries with the merchant who was already getting on with old age. Jin always stopped by the dojos of different countries, being more interested in swordplay rather than ninjutsu. With his experience in different kinds of ninjas growing due to his visits to the countries, he began to take up missions in order to survive.
Years later, the merchant who took care of Jin for most of his life died due to natural causes. Even though Jin was saddened by that event, he decided to continue on with his life albeit hesitantly. Roaming the different countries taking up missions, he came upon rumors nearby Kirigakure that spoke of a new organisation of sword wielding users with motives which were unheard of. Not having a reason to continue on, he decided to head towards the supposed hideout of the organisation. Learning of the different motives the organisation had, Jin was not particularly interested in overthrowing the Mizukage but was interested in having the chance to take over the other villages. Thus, with newfound desire, Jin gave his life to the Seven Swordsmen of the Mist.
Hobbies: None
Personality: Believing in his strength, Jin is usually arrogant in fights, belittling his opponents from start to finish. This does not mean that he attacks mindlessly. He takes into account the enemy's strength and tries his utmost in doing whatever is possible to be the victor while remaining calm in his mind. However, his behaviour changes once he is out of a fight, escaping from his arrogance into a more introverted but courteous person who finds every opportunity to help others. He does not hold hatred for his parents even though they abandoned him due to the fact that he forgot about them long ago, like he did with other unimportant things in his life. He also has, due to prolonged training with Ashura, almost complete immunity of fire as he has been used to the intense heat that it produces.
