History: Ryuujin, Ryuu for short, was born into the Branch, his mother and father both being from it, his grandparents. He had no siblings and did not know about any cousins, aunts or uncles. Never knowing his grandparents, his mother and father died from the curse seal after a rebel attempt. He was raised in the Branch by other members and learned the techniques from them; he never knew what had become of his parents after they attempted to rebel. But thought they had maybe escaped and were planning to save him one day, but they never appeared.
He went to the academy at age eight and made many friends in the konoha academy; acing his classes and the courses and things that they did in the school. He passed the academy at the age of ten and went on to being a gennin, rubbing it in the main members face that a branch member was better than some of the main members. His was practically glowing most of his childhood from being a gennin, and was taught most of the Hyuuga jutsu’s in private by a main member named Hyuuga Nikaro who took a liking to the young parentless Hyuuga member. Ryuu was quick to learn the techniques as was expected of him, Nikaro was like a father to Ryuu and they became very close; however the elders of the Main house didn’t like this and tore the two apart, which crushed the young Hyuuga.
About the age of fourteen he had learned the harsh truth from some of the other Branch members, what had become of his parents, this did not go so well with him, considering he was still crushed by the loss of his father-like figure. He grew resentful at the Main members, helping Branch members that had suffered an attack from the curse seal. Often acting out and rebelling as his parents did. He knows not to over do, lest he become like his parents. Although at times he wishes he could be with them again, as he never had the real chance too. This caused Ryuujin to gain the sarcastic, bitter, uncaring persona that he had grew up with all his life; causing most of the main members and branch members alike to dislike the young Hyuuga, who didn’t care for them anyway.
Age fifteen, Ryuu had seen a kid member of the Main house tormenting Branch members and got in the middle of it. The two yelled at one another for a bit until the situation took a turn where the kid hit Ryuu. Anger clouding his better judgement, he struck the kid back just as an older member came to see what the commotion was. Ryuu had never experienced any pain such as was inflicted on him. They decided to spare him for the fact that he had no parents and was still a young strong servant.
After this he went on, he was allowed to participate in the Chunnin exams and aced them with ease since the competition that he went against was weaker than he. He gloated more, only this time with “I’m better than you” attitude towards the other members, showing he was better than more than half of them. He was allowed more freedom in the mansion after becoming a Chunnin and went on missions with various others, who didn’t like him, and he didn’t like back.
Only a few months had gone by when another event happened, two Main kids had stolen food from the kitchen. Ryuu unfortunately was walking by when this happened and the stolen food was thrown to him, he was blamed for stealing it. Again he felt that pain, and pleaded for it to stop and was eventually spared again, though the pain lasted a bit longer. He tried to explain that it wasn’t him but he being a member of the Branch, his word was overruled. The kids had blamed it on him and he was unjustly punished once again, they had gotten away with it.
Only this time, the elders thought it best to kill the boy for his attitude and crimes so that there would be no fights or anything amongst the clan. But then they thought it might cause a sort of civil war in the clan that an infamous member was suddenly missing or worse, if they found out he was killed and decided on the simple decision of banishment. Ryuujin left after exchanging a few, ‘nice’ words with the members and left for the heart of Konoha where he joined up with two academy friends of his; Hahen Toosuta and Kakaku Garou. They were friends since academy and pooled their money together to get a place of their own; everything was going good until they started to hate one another for being such direct opposites of each other. They fought constantly and then Ryuujin got fed up and left; he was walking in the streets where he thought he saw someone following him. After he came to a secluded area, he was ambushed by a Hyuuga member; Ryuujin was outraged by this and killed the member.
Since then the hyuga clan have seen him as a betraitor and didn't let him in the hyuga manor. They didn't kill him because of the hokage's orders, the hokage told them, "If you are too kill this young man, I will deal with the hyuga clan personally". Ryuu now lives in a house given to him by the hokage.
Hobbies: Training and going to the konoha park to relax
Personality: The young Hyuuga boy had a complex and ever changing personality depending on the company that surrounded him or the mood he was in. It was based solely how the other person acted and treated him. Not bipolar; he sometimes didn’t care much for the company that surrounded him and was how he normally is: Sarcastic, uncaring and joking always. His mind was always working as he was always thinking and trying to figure things out before they were said, he held the intelligence that most of the Hyuuga possessed plus. He was extremely talented and wise for his age and was often scolded for being a smart ass or being a know it all; sometimes correcting the teacher when he was in the academy.
The complexity of his personality starts with his normal persona; sarcastic, uncaring and joking always. He always injects a sarcastic comment whenever he can find an opening for it, mostly for the fact that the person giving him the opportunity to do it he would think as a stupid person, or merely to joke with them. Sometimes however he would just do it to piss the other person off, and he didn’t care either way.
Also he could be protective and guardian-like depending on the other person that he would be protecting; like most shinobi, he would put his life on the line for a friend and family member, though he didn’t have much of either; which could explain his uncaring emotion almost all the time.
Around elders, most females, and people that he respected though, his sarcastic tone and uncaring mood seemed to vanish as he would be polite and kind. This is reflected on the fact that they aren’t doing anything to anger the boy that is.
