Rank: Kage History: Child Hood[Academy to Genin]: Image: Information: Fukumitsu Tae was born into the Fukumitsu family. Her family had a history of being the Kazekage, and kept the title within the family. She was quite gifted in the area's of Ninjutsu and Taijutsu, but lacked in Genjutsu. When she entered the academy at age 10, she was told that she was very gifted in Ninjutsu, more then Taijutsu, and somehow when ever she trained in Taijutsu, her Ninjutsu ability doubled itself. She passed the Genin exams with ease, becoming a Genin at age 13. During her time in the academy however, she made many friends, all of them however were Genin at that time, and usually her friends had a tendency to be killed in combat, but usually they lived, she was continuously getting her heart broke because of this, developing a slight fear of death, which affected her even as she became the Kazekage of Sunagakure. She hates to see people die, especially her loved ones nowerdays. Teen[Genin to Chuunin]: Image: Information: After Tae became a Genin, she was put in the 10 th Genin Squad, led by her elder brother. When she found this out, she went to him, and asked him, not to treat her any differently then he would her friends. He agreed to this, and they went on many missions, she even killed an enemy Shinobi, but felt bad afterwards, she said she'd never kill, unless her life, or one of her loved ones were in danger of losing their life. After about a year, she and her squad entered the Chuunin exams, where they passed the first test with ease, but just barely passed the second exam. When they got to the third exam, her two team mates, were defeated in battle, but Tae defeated her opponents with extreme ease. She and her team, were passed into the Rank of Chuunin, they got the rank by being cunning, and graceful use of their Jutsu. Late Teens[Chuunin to Jounin]: Image: Information: After Tae became a Chuunin, she took a brief break from doing missions, and helped teach academy students at the local Suna Academy, she taught there for about a year, she helped one class pass the Genin exams due to the training she gave them. After that she went on many C Rank and B Ranked missions. After about five years, the Kazekage-her grandfather-approched her, and asked her if she wished to become a Jounin, being her grandfather he knew she'd say 'yes'. She of course said 'yes' since she wanted to carry on the family tradition of being Kazekage, since they actually had an order, it would go Male, Female, Male, Female. This kept it nice and even, and now, getting closer to the age of entitlement, she became a Jounin. Recent[Jounin to now]: Image: Information: After becoming a Jounin, Tae took on a team of Genin, where she too led them on many missions, her little brother was on the team, whether he liked it or not, she treated him the same as anyone else, she wanted him to know how a Shinobi...No a person deals with authority figures. She led them on many missions, for many years, she entered them into the Chuunin exams, only to see her little brother fail in the last part of the exams, she then trained him privately for a year, then in the next Chuunin exams, him and his team, lead by Tae, re-entered the Chuunin exams, where they all passed, with flying colors. Two years later, on his deathbed, Tae's grandfather told her that she is the new Kazekage, she then nodded her head. The next day, Tae's Grandfather died, and she became the Kazekage. This was last year, she now leads Sunagakure. Hobbies: None, doesn't have alot of time for Hobbies, other than model building. Personality: Tae is kind, loving, and doesn't like to kill people. When she does kill, she gets very sad, and lock herself in her room for a day to mourn their souls. She loves her family, and tries to spend as much time with them, as her busy schedule allows. She is kind, she tries to help everybody she can, even if it kills her. She also can get very lazy at times, where if she leaves for a while, and returns to find more paper work, after she finished the previous work, she'll get mad, but do the paperwork, she usually would curse to herself while doing it. RP sample: Tae was sitting at the Kazekages desk, finishing some paper work off, she then took a sip of Sake, with her left hand, signed off on some mission requests with her right, and then put the sake cup down to rub her eye's. She then said "Man I wish I could just visit my family." She then wrote a note, and then got up, and taking the note with her, she then opened the door, and Shunshin'ed out of the room, leaving the note behind her. She then went to see her family, who was happy to see them, she picked up her little sister, who was still in the academy, and walked around the house of the Fukumitsu family. She was happy for the first time in weeks, she ate some dinner with them, and returned to the Kazekage Mansion, to find more paper work on her desk, wher she then said "God, I just finished off the Damn paper work, and they already got me more, son of a -----. Might as well do the paper work." She then sat down, and started doing the paper work.

[Thanks to Naruto Forum RP for the info] [All Jutsu are mastered to the highest level] Fire Release Skill (Katon no Jutsu) With this skill, or release, the user is now capable of using, and performing techniques that deal with the element of Fire. This means that any NinJutsu or specialized TaiJutsu that deals the Fire Release will need this in order to be performed correctly.
Heat Mastery, when a user reaches to a point where they gain the full potential and understanding of fire and Heat the user is capable of many things. A technique such as this is a mastery of all Fire Techniques to where they do not have to worry about Minor Burns.
Heat Mastery Rank: B Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Allows the user to be around and work with very intense heats, helping by preventing burns and singes. Special: Automatic when dealing with fire techniques. Drawback: Requires dedication to the path of fire techniques. Description: At this stage in the user’s use of fire jutsu, they have worked with and probably been burned and signed with their own jutsu for a long while. They have a deep understanding on the ways to manipulate fire and take that understanding to a new level. This level of use allows the user to perform and master the use of fire jutsu without worrying about the minor burns and singes that can easily stack up in heavy combat. Limit: Automatically gained once the user has knowledge of 500 TP of Fire Release techniques.
Techniques
Katon - Goukakyuu no Jutsu (Great Fireball Technique) Rank: "C" "B" Rank Skill: NinJutsu Effect: The user is capable of performing a few handseals in which gives them the capability of blowing a large body of fire in size of a large sphere that has great fire proportions and explosive capabilities. Special: "Handseals" Drawback: Depending on the Rank, is dependent on how strong or how much the user is capable of doing with the Goukakyuu no Jutsu. Description: The user quickly performs a few handseals. The user then places the hand over their mouth creating a small like circle. This technique in turn is then to help the user control the great flame. The use then blows out and creates a large fireball that twice the size of a normal human body. When the "C" Rank version is first learned the user is only capable of blowing out the Great Fireball that is can not be moved or go anywhere else. This also means that the technique does not explode in a fieiry explosion, but burns greatly to anyone that is caught within the technique. When the user learns the "B" Rank version then the user is capable blowing the Great Fireball into the distance, sending it away from the use it to hurl towards the very opponent. This technique is only capable of going into a straight line and this is capable of having the size three times the size of a human body. This technique when launched at an opponent then becomes dangerous because at this point the technique can explode causing even more devastating damage. Limit: Must have the Fire Release
Katon - Housenka no Jutsu (Mythical Fire Phoenix Technique) Rank: "C" Rank Skill: NinJutsu Effect: The user is capable of spiting out, or emitting out a series of small fireballs in the size of a six inches to a foot in diameter to where the user is capable of hurling them towards the opponent. Special: "Handseals" Drawback: The user is only capable of hurling out four small fire balls towards the opponent at one time. Description: The user performs a few quick handseals as they quickly take the same concept as that of the Goukakyuu no Jutsu. The user then spits out or hurls out up to five small sized fire balls towards the enemy. Each fire ball creates massive amounts of burns but does not burst forth in an explosion. As each fire ball makes contact with something they spread out the fire creating a more of an area effect within the fire. The user is capable of using this technique in conjunction with multiple secondary weapons such as kunais or shurikens. The opponent is uncapable of noticing the kunais or the shurikens until the very fire is extingwishes in mid air. This technique is used typically to hide or to be used as a diversion for more of a powerful technique. Limit: Must have the Fire Release
Katon - Ryuuka no Jutsu (Dragon Fire Technique) Rank: "C" "B" Rank Skill: NinJutsu Effect: The user quickly performs a large creation of blindinf fire into the form of a large Dragon form. The Dragon must be used in the same concept as the Goukakyuu no Jutsu in which must be thrown by placing a hand in a circle form over the mouth of the user. Special: "Handseals" Drawback: This type of technique is better used if the opponent is binded down and unable to be moved. Description: A Large creation is created as the user performs the neccessary handseals for the technique. As the user does so they raise their hand up over their mouth. By taking in a deep breathe the user fills their lungs with chakra to in which egnites the moment they blow the air out. As the user blows out the creation of fire is made taking the form of a giant dragon like creature. The Dragon is quickly hurled towards the opponent as the dragon swivles and swirves moving like that of a Chinese Dragon. When first learned the Dragon does not explode forth but the very flames oozes out spreading out in all directions that would wrap around the opponent in a blaze of glory. When the user learns the "B" Rank version the user is capable of pushing so much power into the technique to where when it touches the target it is needed it is egnited in a mass blaze of glory, creating a grand explosion. Katon Kyuuka (Fire - Flame Sphere Technique) Rank: "C" "B" "A" "S"Rank Skill: NinJutsu Effect: A Defensive technique to where the user concentrates on the chakra within their body. The user pushes the chakra out as they use the body heat within their very body to create a spere of flaming heat all around the user in a grand radius. Depending on how well the user knows this technique is dependent on the distance this technique can be used. Special: "Handseals" Drawback: If the user is capable of performing this technique twice in a battle or twice within every ten rounds the user will calapse with fatigue and high temperature. Description: This technique is used as a defensive style technique. The user concentrates on the chakra within their body and exerts out in a large blast. The chakra is pushed out in a blazing flame and creates a large amount of heat to be used as a defensive style technique to push or remove those that are around the user, to allow the user an amount of space in a blinding like speed.. When first learned the technique is capable of being pushed in a five meter radius. Each Rank learned the technique increases in distance by ten meters. This would be the basis for all NinJutsu Specialists. However if the user is a NonJutsu Specialist the distance only increases by five meters. If the user is a NinJutsu Master the distance increases by fifteen meters. Limit: Must have the Fire Release
Katon – Guren (Fire Affinity – Crimson Lotus Flower) Rank: "B" Rank Skill: NinJutsu Effect: The user uses their large weapon to where the user concentrates their chakra into the weapon and the heat found all around them. Doing so the weapon then ignites into flames in which is used as a projectile like form. The weapon when swung creates a ring of fire in a wheel shape in where causes a mass amount of burns and damage towards those that are caught within. Special: "Handseals" Drawback: The user must have a large like weapon in order for this technique to be used. The weapon must be of large state such as a great sword, or a staff. No other weapon may be used for this technique and the user can not use their hands for this technique. Description: The user begins to spin their weapon quickly in a fast motion. The user then takes the time to concentrate their chakra into the very weapon using the chakra to capture the very heat all around the user. As this occurs the weapon then is egnited into flames. The user then takes the time to swing the weapon downwards as a large wheel of flames is spun out hurling towards the opponent against the very ground. The flames once made contact then creates a massive amount of explosion showing the destructive power of the technique. Limit: Must have the Fire Release
Katon Hidora no Jutsu (Fire - Hydra Technique) Rank: "B" Rank Skill: NinJutsu Effect: A technique in which the user takes the concept of Ryuuka but is capable of using it more of a destructive manner and more of a diverse manner. Instead of one large dragon like form being shot forth towards the opponent, the user is capable of increasing the amount of them into an amount of three dragonic creations with similar devistation. Special: "Handseals" Drawback: They are only capable of going in a straight line. Projectory may not change directions. Description: A Large creation is created as the user performs the neccessary handseals for the technique. As the user does so they raise their hand up over their mouth. By taking in a deep breathe the user fills their lungs with chakra to in which egnites the moment they blow the air out. As the user blows out the creation of fire is made taking the form of a giant dragon like creature. The Dragon is quickly hurled towards the opponent as the dragon swivles and swirves moving like that of a Chinese Dragon. Then without notice or movement the large dragon splits into three smaller sized forms of dragons as they twist and turn around one another heading towards the intended target. Katon: Daitou (Fire Element: Longsword) Rank: "B" Rank Skill: NinJutsu Effect: The user concentrates their chakra along the palm of their hands. As the user does so they are capable of creating a longsword like weapon made out of fire out of the palm of their hand. Special: "Handseals" Drawback: This technique tends to burn the user's hands and is only capable of staying out for two rounds with a five round rest before the hands suffer great damage. For each round the user keeps the fire Blade out past the two rounds the user is unable to use that hand for ten rounds. Description: The user creates a large blade made out of fire along the palm of their hands. The user does so by creating a few handseals and holds their hands near their body. Doing so the user takes in a deep breathe and begins to blow out the air towards the palm of his hands. As the user does so they blow in a straight line away from the user as the fire begins to formulate around the palm of the hand creating the large blade. This technique is capable of being used as a quick defensive style move, or may be used as a split offensive slashing attack. Limit: Must have the Fire Release
Flame Daggers Rank: "D" Rank Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: The user creates to small daggers made of fire that can be used for close combat. The daggers appear like you are holding a dagger with the blade facing to your back. Special: Ox, Dragon, Tiger Drawback: --- Description: The flame daggers are a variation of Katon: Daitou (Fire Release: Longsword). They are good for a close quarters fight with an enemy. Limit: Must know Katon: Daitou jutsu before learning this jutsu.
Karyuudan - (Fire Dragon Missile) Rank: "A" Rank Skill: NinJutsu Effect: The user quickly performs an amount and a set number of handseals as they quickly perform one of the most known Earth techniques of all time. What occurs is that the user when performing the handseals the earth is quickly picked up in a massive like form of a dragon. The dragon is shot up from the very ground in the form of the very earth as it is used to slam into the enemy and used as a strong like technique against the enemy. Then as that occurs the user focuses the chakra into the Fire Release. The moment the mud spews out from the very dragon the large fire exerts outwards to swarm against any of those within its path. Special: "Handseals" Drawback: Must know Doton - Doryuudan (Earth Dragon Projectile) Description: When the user performs the necessary seals the user concentrates the chakra along the ground and begins to make the formation of a dragon like form out of the earth itself. The user either makes the earth soft like that of mud or hard like stone to be used as a holder for a projectile based in which hurls an amount of mud towards the enemy if needed. As the mud is hurled towards the enemy the user then suddenly egnites the great mud and the mud is consumed into flames as the grand amount of flames is hurled towards the enemies in its way. The amount of fire that is capable of being used the distance that the fire is capable of going is within a forty meter cone style attack. Limit: Must have the Fire Release, and the Earth Release, Must know Doton - Doryuudan (Earth Dragon Projectile)
Katon Shinhidora no Jutsu (Fire - True Hydra Technique) Rank: "A" Rank Skill: NinJutsu Effect: One of the most powerful techniques of the Katon field. This technique enables a user and gives them the diversity to be capable of burning down a small range of landscape if possible. The user summons up a monsterous and a great fire creature dragon of three heads to where it creates a mass destruction in a great range. Special: "Handseals" Drawback: May only be used once per battle. Description: A Large creation is created as the user performs the neccessary handseals for the technique. As the user does so they raise their hand up over their mouth. By taking in a deep breathe the user fills their lungs with chakra to in which egnites the moment they blow the air out. As the user blows out the creation of fire is made taking the form of a giant dragon like creature. This technique takes longer for it to be performed because the strength of the technique is approximatly three Goukakyuu no Jutsu (Great Fireball Technique) in strength. The fire pushes forward to take the shape of that of a three headed dragon. Then without notice or movement the large three headed dragon splits into three smaller sized forms of dragons as they twist and turn around one another heading towards the intended target. This technique is used to where the user is capable of controling each dragon to hit at different times, or all at once. Each dragon must be pushed forward in a straight line and can not be redirected. The explosion that the technique is capable of spreading forth is within a fifty meter radius of burning damage. Limit: Must have the Fire Release, Must have knowledge of the Katon Hidora no Jutsu (Fire - Hydra Technique) , Katon - Ryuuka no Jutsu (Dragon Fire Technique) "B" Rank, Katon - Goukakyuu no Jutsu (Great Fireball Technique) "B" Rank.
Futon: Pheonix Flare Type: S-Rank Effect: A blast of fire is blown into the air to appear as if it were a giant explosion. Offensive, range (100 meters at the least) Special: Snake, Boar, Ox, Dog, Rat, Sanke, Ox, Sheep, Dog. Drawback: N/A Description: After performing the neccessary handsigns, the user fires a giant burst of fire either in the air,(possibly as a distraction) or at the opponent. This jutsu adds wind behind the fire to add the effect of the fire expanding. Ranging in a distance of at least one hundred meters, the explosion could level a large area just from the sheer force of the blast, while if the force doesnt doit..the secondary chakra inhanced fire WILL! Limit: Fire Release required, Wind Release required
Futon: Bursting Sun Type: S-rank Effect: This jutsu is designed to completely overwhelm the opponent in pheonix flowers by an extremely bright orb bursting into a flurry of fireballs. offensive (100 meters at the most) Special: Boar, Ox, Rat, Rat, Dog, Snake, Ox, Sheep. Drawback: The user is also in range of this attack if not protected properly. Description: The user performs the neccessary handsigns and quickly launches a bright sun like orb into the sky from his/her mouth. While blinding the opponent, the orb bursts into many fireballs completly showering the area. This jutsu has the potential to easily destroy a forested area in an instant! the force of the fireballs are close to the force of small meteorites that would launch from the atmosphere, thus sending not only bursts of pheonix fire to do major damagem, but the shockwave from the impact feircely blowing away anything thats not roperlly protected ( some sort of very hard substance, ex, steel) Limit: Fire Release required
Phoenix explosion Rank: C-S Skill: NinJutsu Effect: Once your shuriken and/or kuni egnighted they fly through the air in silence. when it comes in contact with anything it explodes in flames Special: Monkey; Rat; Tiger Drawback: as it increases in rank it gets bigger so when you launch it, it will damages you. Description: after you do the certain handsigns your shuriken and/or kuni are egnighted in fire shaped as small phoenixs. Then when it comes in contact with anything it explodes in fire. Depending what rank you are it can be stronger. You need Fire Release to learn it. C ranked- Small handsized phoenix, small explosion (6-9 feet) B ranked- phoenix about the size of Akamaru, medium explosion (12-15 feet) A ranked- Phoenix size of a great dane, big explosion (18-21 feet) S ranked- size of a phoenix, huge explosion (27-30 feet) Limit: only people from stone or leaf villages can use this jutsu because that is the only places where the teachers are. Kobushi Za Kasai Mune (The Fist of fire's will) Rank: B Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Engulfs the users fist in raging flames, by utilizing the fire release skill. The punch results in a firework like explosion on the target. Special: Dog, snake, monkey, tiger Drawback: A close melee jutsu target must be in range. Also can cause serious recoil damage on the arm from the explosion if used more than once in a thread. Description: User forms the necessary hand seals to swallow their hands in spheres of fire. Upon striking an enemy with this firey fist, results in a small explosions. Limit: Must have fire release
Searing Heat Rank: C, B, A Skill: NinJutsu Effect: It matters on how long ur hand is on the opponent if its for a good while it will melt ur skin to the bone, if for awhile it will just give u mild damage that hurts, if it barely hits it will probaly tear the clothes or make the skin turn red Special: Boar, Dragon, Horse, Tiger Drawback: You will have to be somewhere around 0-5 m to the opponent cause this move needs the user to be close to the opponent. Description: Produce an oil like substance in the palm of the hand, then igniting it with chakra. Upon touching the opponent it scorches clothing, skin, and bone. C Ranked justu effect: When hit it will make ur skin peel off, or in this case turn red. B Ranked justu effect: this will tear through your skin until you see the bone. A ranked jusutu Effect: this will tear through the skin clothe, until it even melts through your bone. Limit: 0-5m it will be done once ur oil is gone so it will last for awhile probaly 5 minutes or so depends on how much charka you use in doing the justu
Smoke Guide Rank: C Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Guides fire techniques through a series of smoke loops. Special: Dragon, Bird, Tiger Drawback: Smoke does not damage. Auto desolve after three posts from the user, or three fire techniques. Description: Shoots multiple smoke rings that are infused with chakra. These smoke rings guide any fire technique from the same user through them in the order they were sent out. Does not desolve for three posts due to being infused with chakra. Limit: Realease: Katon (Fire)
Bodem Flame Rank: C Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Can cause burns. Special: Dragon, Ox, Tiger, Boar, Dragon Drawback: A very direct attack, bursts on contact with target (or object if it doesn't hit the target). Causes fires to breakout, thus is a very dangerous technique to be used in any situation as it can burn the user alive. Description: The user shoots a long line of condenced fire at the opponent(Like a flaming spitwad). Upon hitting the opponent the line bounces off and lands on the ground in multiple random spots. It then catches whats around it on fire. The fire that is made as a result is what is dangerous about it, not the inital shot itself. Limit: Must have fire realease.

Fire Style: Fire Bolt Technique Rank: D Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Shoots a very small ball of fire, no larger than a foot in diameter, towards a target. Special: Rat, Ram, Tiger, extension of one hand Drawback: When the seals are over, the user extends their hands, shooting the ball of fire from their fingertips, which after repeated use (3 or more times), causes singeing which can slow down the speed of which a user can perform handseals or other finger movements. Description: The user performs the handseals, converting chakra within the hands into heat energy. The hands are then pointed towards a target and a small bolt of fire, no larger than a foot in diameter, leaves the hand and flies rapidly towards the opponent. Limit: Fire Release
Fire Style: Inferno Technique Rank: D Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Shoots a small gout of flame towards the opponent. Special: Ox, Monkey, Rabbit, Tiger Drawback: Requires the user to exhale and keep their dominant hand cupped over their mouths. Once the user is out of breath of moves their hand, the technique falls. Description: The user performs the handseals, energizing their hand and their esophagus with chakra. The user then cups their hand over their lips and exhales. The oxygen being expelled from the lungs combusts upon reaching the chakra from the hand, and the user blows it out a maximum of ten feet away. This is different from the Goukakyou no Jutsu in the fact that this comes out as a stream and not a fireball, and also different from the fact that once the user stops breathing out or moves their hand, the technique ends. Limit: Fire Release
Fire Style: Blaze Technique Rank: C Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Sends strong heat onto the ground through the user’s feet, setting small blazes with every step. Special: Dragon, Ram, Ox, Monkey, Dog, Tiger Drawback: If the feet are kept in place too long, then they can get burned as well. Description: The user performs the handseals, creating a cycle of energy that creates heat at the bottom of the user’s feet. When the user then steps onto the ground, if what they are walking on top of is combustible (like grass), then it will begin to smoke and, if given enough oxygen, will then create a small fire about four seconds later. It is in this way that the user can trap opponents or create barriers while creating an effective escape. Limit: Fire Release
Fire Style: Fire Barrier Technique Rank: C Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Creates a small wall of fire, no thicker than a foot, no taller than five feet, and no longer than thirty feet, in front of the user. Special: Snake, Dog, Monkey, Rabbit, Ram, Horse, Tiger, placing hands on the ground. Drawback: The user must place their hands on the ground for a total of three seconds. If they are moved before the spark can occur, then the technique will fail and the user will lose whatever chakra was spent before the technique failed. Description: The user performs the handseals, creating a large amount of heat within their hands. They then rapidly slam their hands onto the ground, sending that chakra into the dimensions listed earlier. The chakra moves quickly, covering that ground within three seconds time. At that point, the fire will spark, creating a wall of fire that will burn as long as it is able to. If used in an area with other combustible materials, the fire is capable of spreading through them as well. Limit: Fire Release
Fire Style: Fire Ball Technique Rank: C Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Creates a ball of fire within the user’s hands, no larger than two feet in diameter, that is thrown at the opponent. Fire Style: Fire Lance Technique Rank: C Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Sends a “beam” of fire towards the opponent, no longer than ten feet in length and no thicker than 10 inches. Drawback: If used continuously (more than 3 times) then the hands will become singed, resulting in slower speed at forming handseals or other finger movements. Any drastic movement of the hand (i.e. more than a centimeter of movement from its original position) will result in the technique failing. Description: The user performs the handseals and then extends their hand outwards. A lance of fire will rush out of the extended hand of the previously-listed dimensions and attempt to strike the target. The lance remains in contact with the user’s hand until put out. Fire Style: Fire Spray Technique Rank: C Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Sends a cone of fire outwards, the maximum length of which is fifteen feet and maximum width is eight feet. Special: Dragon, Rabbit, Horse, Monkey, Dog, Ram, Tiger Drawback: The fire doesn’t last, meaning that if it catches nothing on fire the technique was worthless. Description: The user performs the handseals and then rapidly exhales. A burst of flame will escape from the mouth, covering the dimensions listed previously. It is not aimed at the ground normally, for doing so limits the range of the technique. However, the flames are not long-lasting; they will be put out the moment the technique reaches its full length (which takes about four seconds of travel) unless they catch something on fire. Description: The user performs the handseals, releasing an immediately amount of heat energy from every tenketsu in the body that they can control. Fire Style: Fire Gatling Technique Rank: B Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Rapidly projects about thirty bolts of fire from the mouth. Special: Housenka no Jutsu + Dragon, Ram, Tiger at the end. Drawback: If used in fast-paced combat, can result in the user burning the edges of their mouth, making it more difficult to use other fire jutsu that revolve around the mouth. Description: The user performs the handseals, creating a faster and stronger version of the Housenka no Jutsu. This Fire Gatling technique launches out thirty Housenka-sized fireballs at the same speed at which the Housenka no Jutsu would release its’ smaller amount. Fire Style: Fire Ricochet Technique Rank: B Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Creates a mass of fire that will bounce a total of five times before going out. Special: Monkey, Rabbit, Dragon, Ox, Snake, Tiger Drawback: The user can get caught in the ricochet, making it dangerous to use in enclosed areas. Description: The user releases a giant bolt of fire from their mouth. It is about fifteen feet in length. Unlike other fire jutsu, this attack is normally aimed at the ground and not at an opponent, which can cause the opponent some confusion. When the fire stream hits the ground, it then ricochets to another spot on the ground within ten meters. The fire, though, becomes significantly shorter, losing three feet of length every time it touches the ground, which means on the fifth and final ricochet, when it touches the ground it is done. This ball of fire is about three feet in diameter, and is then launched at the opponent. The flames start off near the user’s feet, very small, and then move out about fifteen feet and end being about ten feet tall. Special: Snake, Dog, Monkey, Ram, Tiger, Dragon, placing both hands on the ground. Drawback: The user places both hands on the ground, making them more vulnerable to incoming attacks. Beyond that, this technique is guaranteed to singe the hands with just one use, resulting in slower creation of handseals and other finger movements. Description: The user performs the handseals and then slams both hands on the ground. A burst of fire in the shape of a circle bursts from around the user, starting off small, about three inches of fire, but growing rapidly as it moves outwards. The ending result of the blaze is fifteen feet in diameter and ten feet high. Description: The user performs the handseals, creating a levitating, flaming sword. The sword can be controlled with the user’s mind as long as the Tiger handseal is maintained. In this way, the user can attack and defend easily while maintaining motion. This sword can be controlled a maximum of five turns. “C” Rank training can be performed a maximum of two times to increase the number of swords created by this jutsu by one each time it is trained, for a maximum of three swords. Fire Style: Explosion Gatling Technique Rank: A Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Creates thirty six-inch fireballs from the user’s mouth that rapidly fire outwards. Upon hitting a target, they create an explosion one foot in diameter. Special: Fire Gatling Technique’s Handseals + Rabbit, Ox, Dragon Drawback: Requires a lot of the user’s breath, leaving them winded for one turn after the technique is performed. It is possible to get caught within these explosions if they are shot too close to the user. Description: The user performs the handseals, performing a variation of the Fire Gatling Technique. These fireballs rush outwards at a rapid pace, about five fireballs shot every second. These fireballs are about six inches in diameter. Fire Style: Ending Fireball Technique Rank: A Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Rapidly creates a fireball, about five feet in length, in the user’s dominant hand. This ball is thrown at the opponent, which causes it to explode. Special: Bird, Rabbit, Horse, Ox, Dragon, Monkey, Ram, Snake, Tiger, placing dominant hand behind the user’s back. Drawback: This technique generates a lot of heat, guaranteeing to singe the user’s dominant hand. If the technique is held for more than one turn, burns will begin to form on the hand. Description: The user performs the handseals and then places their dominant hand behind them, almost like a waiter might hold a tray of food or drinks. Fire in the form of a ball is rapidly created to the length of five feet in diameter. This ball is then launched at the opponent. Upon striking something solid, it creates an explosion of flame that extends out about 25 feet. These flames do not last after the explosion unless they catch something on fire. Fire Style: Crashing Meteor Technique Rank: S Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Creates a giant meteor of fire, about thirty feet in length, in the air. It then falls down. Special: Every handseal in succession, ending with the Tiger seal repeated continuously until the meteor begins its’ descent. Drawback: Requires five turns of posting before the meteor will begin its descent. Beyond that, it is VERY easy to get caught in the explosion that follows the meteor making contact. Description: The user begins to rapidly create every handseal over and over. In the air, a giant ball of fire will begin to form, taking five turns to form a length of thirty feet. It will then begin its descent, landing a turn later. Upon landing, the giant fire ball will explode, covering an area of up to 100 feet in flames. Katon: Fire Engulfment Jutsu Rank: A Rank Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: The user makes a series of hand signs then pulls a large amount of chakra into their hands the user then runs towards his opponent once he touches him both his hands and wherever he grabbed will burst into flames. Unless the user douses the fire immediately it spreads throught the body feeding on chakra that the opponent and host are unknowingly giving it. If you do not put out the fire it will spread all over your body and bleed your chakra dry. This is deadly to whoever is using it and their opponent Special: rat, ox, boar, rooster, monkey, dog, snake, dragon, horse. Drawback: If the user does not put out their hands they will be burned just as much as their opponent. The user will also feel tired and be sluggish from lack of chakra. This jutsu will spread faster if you have fast flowing chakra. A hyuuga clan member is safe from this technique if they can figure out what it does.

Katon Butsubutsu-(Fire Eruption) Rank: S Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: The user performs the hand signs then slams their fist into the ground their chakra flows down at a very fast speed and hits the molten core the chakra forces some of the lava to be pulled up and burst out of the crust in a shower of fire and death.
"D" Class: Lava spreads 20 feet then falls
"C" Class: Lava spreads 30 feet then falls
"B" Class: Lava Spreads 60 feet than falls
"A" Class: Lava Spreads 120 feet then falls
Special: Rat, Boar, dog, rat, Horse, Dragon, Horse Drawback: This takes an immense amount of chakra to perform the reason is that the user has to extend his/her chakra into the heated part of the earth and force it to come up out of the ground. Description: this is what the opponent see’s the user slams their hands into the ground palms down. Then after a few seconds the ground splits apart and lava sprays out of it the distance depends on how high the users level of chakra capacity. Katon Gufuu- (Fire Tornado) Rank: B Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: The user makes the hand signs for the jutsu. Then the user does a fire based jutsu such as Goukakyuu no Jutsu, then the user uses more chakra and makes wind take the fire and the wind then begins to twirl the fire around and round until eventually it is a swirling vortex of doom and terror. The fire tornado will last for as long as the user has the chakra to sustain it.

Katon: Fire bullet Jutsu Rank: B Type: Ninjutsu Effect: The user focuses chara into their mouth and forms hand seal for a fire technique the user then forms an ok looking shape with their hands the user akes a deep breath and sort of spits out the chakra in their mouth foring a white hot ball of fire. the fire goes at about 60 fps giving somone little time to react. after the jutsu is done the user would have shot about 7 "bullets" deppending on the persons level. the size of the bullet is 3 inches

Emerald Dragon Fusion Rank: A Skill: NinJutsu Effect:The Jutsu causes heavy damage and many burns across the opponent's body. Special: Handseals:Dragon,Snake,Dog,Boar,Rabbit,Dragon Drawback: The attack can only be used once every 2 days for thats how long it requires the dragons to charge their power back up before they can perform the attack again. Description: Red,Blue,Green,White,and Black chakra dragons emerge from the user's Chakra and spin into the air fusing themselves together to create a mixture of all the colors Chakra dragon.The Dragon's maw then opens and a deadly Chakra blast,a mixture of all the colors above blows out of it's mouth and engulfs the opponent in the deadly flame.It is a good attack for attacking multiple opponents also. Limit: Once again a Jutsu created by Masamune.Only him and those he teaches it to may use it.

Fuuton no Jutsu (Wind Release Skill) With this skill, or release, the user is now capable of using, and performing techniques that deal with the element of Wind. This means that any NinJutsu or specialized TaiJutsu that deals the Wind Release will need this in order to be performed correctly.
In order for a user to create chilling wind in which is capable of freezing water the user must under go into this technique and master into the art of Wind to be capable of using or performing Ice without the usage of cold like climate.
Chilling Wind Rank: "B" Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Special: Automatic when performing a Wind jutsu. Drawback: It is easy to learn something but it takes time and dedication for a user to truly become powerful in the art of Wind Techniques. In so in order to create wind like techniques to where it is capable of freezing water a user must under go the true meaning of Wind. Description: After spending a large amount of time utilizing wind techniques, the Wind Shinobi begins to understand the true composition of wind. They use their effects and techniques to where a user is capable of performing a Wind technique giving an icy chill along with it. Limit: Must have 500 training points into techniques that focus only on Wind techniques. Once you have obtained 500 training points in Wind techniques, they gain this technique automatically.

Fuuton - Fuusajin (Dust Wind) Rank: D Rank Type: Ninjutsu Effect: --- Description: This is a Ninjutsu that utilizes the wind element. Using a fan or with the correct elemental affinity, the user can blow a strong current which will cover the surrounding area in dust. This dust will serve to loosen the footing for any opponent who walks nearby. Limits: Fan Type Weapon or Elemental to Fuuton; can only be used ONCE per turn.
Kaze Kuiki Type: Ninjutsu Rank: S Rank Effect: The user is surronded by a vortex's of wind that is so dangrous it is hard for the enemy to approach it without getting cut or voilently thrown back. Special:None Drawback: This requires a large deal of charka to be sacrificed in order to do such a dangeours move. The amount of chakra that is taken is about 80% of the users max's chakra. Since the move is so long this requires a +30 more training points. Description: A dangerous wind sourronds that user in a sphere that is 5 meters in lenght and 3 meters in width as it protects them from any attack. This move is consider the greatest wind offensive and defensive justu.
Stage 1 Using tremendous amount of chakra and a long serious of hand seals wind starts to pick up around the user in a sphere by 5 meters in length and 3 meters in width. The wind that the user is inside starts to spin at a rate of 80 Mph. The user is then lifted off the ground only 3 meters and sits their without moving. Anything that is not away from the user within 10 meters will be pulled in and violently thrown in another direction or will get sliced in to peices
Stage 2 After the user is in the air the user lets out a loug screaming causing the sphere of wind around them to start to grow bigger in size depending on the stenght on the users nin.Once the sphere starts to expand the ground under the user is destroyed and anything the sphere hits is damaged by wind cutters and goes flying back half the distance of the winds speed in meters.
70 Nin- Wind goes up to 120 Mph the sphere goes to the size of 10 meters in length and 6 meters in width B Difficulty Class - Wind goes up to 180 Mph the sphere goes to the size of 15 meters in length and 9 meters in width A Difficulty Class - Wind goes up to 270 Mph the sphere goes to the size of 20 meters in length and 12 meters in width S Difficulty Class - Wind goes up to 405 Mph the sphere goes to the size of 25 meters in length and 15 meters in width
Stage 3 After stage one the sphere then compresses back to its normal size and starts to pick up violent speed again then it seems the sphere around the user starts to bubble as if it is about to exploded but wind cutters the size of 3 meters wide and 2 meters in width shoot out of the sphere.The amount of cutters depend on the amount of nin the user has.The cutters go in any direction of 180 degress around the user. If the enemy is hit by the cutters then they will be hurt on a great scale and will be thrown back on half the speed of the wind cutters in meters.
B Difficulty Class - 65 Wind cutter shoot out the sphere going at the speed of 60 Mph. Stage 4 The final stage of Kaze Kuiki the user is then set down to the ground with his sphere of wind still around him then the user can move around while the sphere is still around him making it very hard for any tai or projectile attacks to come close to hurting the user. This last for only five turns as the user can still use some of his offensive attacks like the wind cutters:

Limit: This move since it has a long serious of stages are broken down into turns the first, second and thrid stage last only 2 turns and the fouth stage last five turns. In total the amount of turns the user has this for is 11 turns. Move may only be known to sand ninja's. This is only known to the KazeKage and must be taught by her and him only.
Wind Cut Jutsu Rank: C-Rank Skill: Nin Effect: Sending out a wave of Five wind cutters either out your fist/foot. When the wind baldes hit the oppenent they cut like a blade, and aslo the wind is sucked out the opponent leaving them with out air as if they where punched in the chest. Special: None Drawback: None Description: Using ether your fist, feet, or a weapon you focus on the person or object you wish to hit, while you are focusing the wind around you starts to flow rapidly around the weapon you chosed to strike your opponent with. Then moving forward to attack, cutting throw the air infront of you, You send a fury of wind cutters flying stright at your targert. Once the blades contact with the target it slices like blades agaisnt their flesh and also sucks the wind out throw any wounds causing even greater pain to them as well as short time of lose of breath. (As if they were run for quite some distance) Limit: N/A
Wind Release: Dragon Wind Technique Rank: C-Rank Skill: Nin Effect: A a dargon made of wind is shot foward towards the enemy, and once the enemy is hit by this move the Dragon seems to swallow. Once they are inside the dragon they are violently thrown around and cut up all over their body. Special: None Drawback: Must have enough air in the air to perform Description: The wind around the user start's to build up as it starts to circle around him, the wind then starts to get violent as it then starts to surround the user in a whirling vortex's of wind. Then from the starts to form a large long body dragon out the wind. Then the dragon is lanched at the target for a devesting attack. When the target is hit by this they are sucked inside the dragon where they spin violently and are cut up all over thier body. Limit: N/A
Fuuton Kaze no Senbon (Needles of the Wind) Rank: D Rank Type: Ninjutsu Effect: --- Description: The ninja gathers air with his hands and mixes it with chakra, by doing this he transforms them into sharp and deadly needles. The needles are almost invisible so it is hard for the enemies to see them. Because the needles are made of air they cannot be blocked or deflected. The only way to ensure safety is to dodge them. Kaze Ya no Jutsu (Wind Arrow Technique) Rank: D Rank Type: Ninjutsu Effect: --- Description: The user molds chakra and breathes in. He or she then blows out and an arrow made of wind is shot from the user’s mouth. The arrow cannot be blocked but it can be dodged. Since it is made out of wind the arrow is hard to see. Kuchiyose Kirikiri no Mai (Summoning Skill: Execution Whirl) Rank: C Rank Type: Ninjutsu Effect: --- Description: After the user wipes their own blood on the area in front of them or on the offensive weapon they intend to use for the attack, Daikamaitachi No Jutsu is prepared as normal. But instead, when the wind is released, a large summoned weasel, as well as a long pole, two short sickles and a container becomes shaped out of the wind. This is a much more intensified gust of wind that is able to chop down trees with ease. Limit: Fuuton Fuuryu (Wind Dragon) Is Needed
Fuuton - Dai Kamaitachi (Great Cutting Whirlwind) Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Rank Effect: Can repel any weapon's projectile attack regardless of dodge stat. Description: Using a fan or with the correct elemental affinity, the user then blows a concussive wind that is imbued with Chakra. This technique is a bigger version of the normal Kamaitachi no Jutsu, having the ability to cause a great amount of cutting damage to the nearby area. Limits: Fan Type Weapon or Elemental Fuuton.
Kaze Kiri no Jutsu (Wind Drill Technique) Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Rank Effect: --- Description: The user creates another arrow from his mouth that is fired from the mouth. This time though the arrow is in the shape of a drill, much like the arrow Kidoumaro uses in his last attack against Neji. The drill passes through stone and tree but once it hits the ground it dispels. This arrow can drill through a person. Limit: Wind Release
Kaze Gyorai no Jutsu (Wind Torpedo) Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Rank Effect: --- Description: The user gathers a large amount of wind into his lungs and expels it in a single blow. The wind forms a torpedo that is near invisible that launches towards the opponent. Upon contact it explodes with the force of two exploding tags. Limit: Wind Release
Kaze no Yaiba (Wind Blade) Type: Ninjutsu Rank: B Rank Effect: --- Description: Creates a blade of wind around the user’s arm. The sword cannot be blocked due to it being made of wind but it can be dodged. Since the wind is condensed down it does weigh down the user’s arm. Limit: Wind Release
Hikui Tenkuu Assaku no Jutsu (Low Air Pressure Technique) Type: NinJutsu Rank: B Rank Effect: --- Description: This technique makes the air pressure in a room drop dramatically, causing anyone inside to fall asleep. It can only work in an enclosed area like a building or room. Limit: Wind Release
Fuuton - Renkuudan (Drilling Air Projectile) Skill: Ninjutsu Rank: A Rank Effect: --- Description: Renkuudan is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Wind Element. The user inhales a large amount of air into their chest and then expels it in one large explosive burst. To strengthen the attack, they will imbue chakra into the air and then release it in large, spherical projectile shots. Limit: Elemental to Fuuton.
Fuuton Fuuryuudan no Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A Rank Effect: --- Description: Powerful attack that creates a huge surge of wind in the shape of a dragon, which is sent towards the opponent. Large dragon, much like the Suiryuudan in size but made out of wind. If the victim is hit they will suffer great amounts of damage. It will seem as if he or she is stuck inside a tornado. Limit: Wind Release
Sansai no Ketteiteki Shikiichi (Final Threshold of the Three Calamities of Fire, Flood and Storm) Type: Ninjutsu Rank: A Rank Requirements: Must know all D and C Ranking Jutsus before one can even go into this Description: When a tornado is formed it picks up debris and sometimes other elements. A hurricane is a tornado on the water that has taken up the storm and water below it. Using this jutsu, the user performs it like they would a daikamaitachi, swings their fan and the wind is shot forth. The tornado hits the required elements and takes up a new form. Each element and form is a calamity.
Flood: If the tornado hits a body of water a massive whirlpool-like tornado is sent towards the victim. When it hits the ground or victim a large flood is sent forward that could crush or drown the victim(s)
Fire: If the tornado hits a fire it would pick up the flames and still be shot forward towards the victim. The tornado would take flame qualities and a “flaming spin-cycle” would ensue. If it hit the ground or victim an explosion would occur and a large fire would be started.
Storm: If the tornado absorbs electricity or a cloud the tornado would turn gray with lightning flashes being seen in the tornado. It would be a thunder storm crossed with a tornado shot towards a victim.
Limit: Can only be used once per thread.
Kaze Haji no Justu (Wind Grasp Technique) Rank: C Type: Ninjutsu Effect: The user concentrate air pressure under- or around- an objects so that the wind created is able to lift it into the air, by increasing the pressure and adding a lot of extra charka the object begins to be crushed. Special: Ox, snake, Dragon, boar. Drawback: The position of the attack can be normally judged by where the user is looking and it can also takes years of training to reach the chakra contol necessary to use this jutsu. Apart from the training aspect it also puts extreme pressure on the shinobi's body if it used in rapid succession. Description: The user performs hand seals, as this happens a current of wind shoot under the selected area and lifts any objects in the zone into the air forcefully. This includes the ground someone is standing if a lot of chakra is poured into the jutsu, this said it is impossible to move anything too large for an average shinobi’s skill I.e. whole bridges, mountains, houses etc. Limit: Release wind (futon)
Air cutter Rank: C Type: Futon Effect: Has no effect. Special: need a Katana Drawback: This move cannot cut through a enemie easily. This move can only cut the enemie some, not alot enough to make them bleed . Description: Taking out ur katana u put ur chakra into the ege of the blade as u swing the sword a burst of wind makes a katana shaped wind attack. Limit: This move can only be used one at a time. This move cannot be blocked, but it can be dodged.
Bursting wind jutsu Rank: B Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: First the user fires a ball of compressed air at his opponent, if the ball is either dodged or thwarted away the user may activate the bursting wind jutsu to force the compressed ball into bursting into a barrage of razor winds capable of slicing through most unreinforced material.(in other words..they could shred through a tree if its not protected properly) these razor winds move at a much faster rate than the ball before it. Special: Wind Release ability required. sheep, dog, boar, snake. Drawback: The user is also in the line of fire from this attack so he/she better have a good place to hide behind Limit: Futon: Renkudan (wind release: Drilling air bullet) is required to perform this attack.

Fuuton: Chibikazekiri no Jutsu (Wind Release: Tiny Wind Drill Technique) Rank: D Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: The user sends a small burst of wind that spins like a drill towards an opponent. Special: Tiger, Rat, Ram, Dragon Drawback: It is small, thus not capable of doing a ton of damage. Description: The user performs the handseals and then extends their right or left arm. From that arm, a small burst of air will escape. It begins spinning rapidly as it moves with speed towards the opponent. It will drill against whatever it hits for a matter of a few seconds before dissipating into nothing. Limit: Fuuton no Jutsu
Fuuton: Ranboukazenenten (Violent Wind Twisting) Rank: C Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: The user spins on their heels three times, each spin releasing a violent burst of wind from all directions that is used to repel incoming attacks or push enemies away from them. Special: Bird, Dog, Rabbit, Tiger Drawback: The user can become dizzy after this attack, slowing their reaction times. Description: The user performs the handseals and then applies chakra to their feet. They thin spin on their heels a total of three times. Each spin releases a violent burst of air that extends about eight feet out. This burst of air is used to displace incoming projectiles and possibly jutsu, depending on the opposing jutsu’s strength and element. (i.e. water or fire would be easy to disperse versus earth which would be difficult due to weight and density). This jutsu is also used to knock opponents who come to close to the user away from them. The user is capable of going into D rank training as many times as they want, each time increasing the number of their spins by one and thus the number of air bursts by one. Limit: Fuuton no Jutsu
Fuuton: Kazekouhaiheki (Wind Release: Wind Release Burst) Rank: C Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: The user coats their primary weapon or other attacking object in chakra. When this object makes contact with another solid object, it emits a burst of wind meant to knock the opponent over. Special: Rabbit, Rat, Dragon, Bird, Ram Drawback: Only has three charges; the gust isn’t strong enough to inflict any real pain on the opponent, just knock them over or push them back. Description: The user performs the handseals, which coats their weapon of choice with a thick layer of chakra. When the object comes into contact with another tangible object, it sends out a burst of wind meant to knock it away. Limit: Fuuton no Jutsu
Fuuton: Kamisorikaze (Wind Release: Razor Wind) Rank: C Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Creates a small dome, about teen feet in a diameter, similar to the Kamataichi (Cutting Wind) technique, just in a much smaller, centralized area. Special: Rat, Rabbit, Horse, Dragon, Monkey, Dog, slamming hand onto the ground. Drawback: Effects allies caught within it as well. Description: The user performs the handseals and them slams their right hand onto the ground. Immediately, a burst of wind extends outwards, forming a dome of violently spinning and twisting wind, similar to the kamataichi (Cutting Wind) technique, except that this is in a smaller, more centralized area. This effect lasts until the user takes their hand off of the ground or one turn, whichever occurs first. Limit: Fuuton no Jutsu
Fuuton: Chibikazebenso (Tiny Wind Defense) Rank: C Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: The user coats their entire body in chakra. Any time something tangible gets within one inch of the body, a tiny burst of wind will escape the body in an attempt to displace the attack. Special: Dog, Monkey, Rabbit, Bird, Tiger Drawback: Requires additional chakra every turn the armor covers the body and every time a burst of air is created, meaning the user can go out of chakra if they keep this on for too long. Description: The user performs the handseals, thus coating their entire body in chakra. At that point, any time something tangible (minus whatever they’re walking on) gets within an inch of their body, a tiny burst of air will move out to block and try and displace the attack. Does not work against most C or higher ranking jutsu, as the burst is small. If the attack is small, however, then this attack is capable of dispersing it. Limit: Fuuton no Jutsu
Fuuton: Kazekabe no Jutsu (Wind Release: Wind Wall Technique) Rank: B Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: The user extends both arms, sending out a large, continuous burst of wind that forms a ten foot by ten foot wall of constantly spinning air. This air is then capable of dispersing incoming attacks, even some B ranked jutsu. Special: Tiger, Ram, Rat, Dragon, Horse, Bird, Dog, Monkey, extending both arms. Drawback: While this is active the user cannot use other techniques, since both hands are required to maintain extended. Description: The user performs the handseals and then extends both arms. A large gust of air escapes from the user’s arms, flatting against itself, forming a 10ft by 10 ft wall of rapidly spinning air in front of the user. Air continuously flows from the user’s arm, feeding the technique as it blocks incoming attacks and continuing the spinning of the air. Limit: Fuuton no Jutsu
Wind Release: Dance of Blades Rank: D - A Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: By shaping and compressing air in front of fighting fans or other items, the user can them use these items to better manipulate the attack. Said attack is normally orchestrated in a blast of air. Description: Though this is used to guide wind release attacks to a better degree, it can also be used to launch or float the user into the air by using corresponding motions such as pushing both downward or spinning. Rankings:
D -- capable of pushing blasts towards an opponent with enough force to push them back 0-3 meters or batter them with the force of an average punch.
C-- capable of pushing blasts towards an opponent with enough force to push them back 3-5 meters. Can also be used to create a small vortex and gain a few more seconds airtime. This is the rank that Ma-Buru knows.
B -- capable of pushing blasts towards an opponent with enough force to push them back 5-10 meters, Can also be used to create a large vortex and gain a dozen or more seconds airtime.
A -- capable of pushing blasts towards an opponent with enough force to push them back over 10 meters or lift them from the ground. Can create large torrents of wind as well as launch the user high into the air where they may use the fans to glide.

Wind Release: Wind Tunnel Rank: D Skill: Ninjutsu Special: Boar Serpent Hare Bird Ox Drawback: User must keep moving to take advantages of better effects. Description: The user compresses and forces air behind them, this can also be used to create a slipstream like effect as they lower their wind resistance. In turn it can be used to run along walls or ceiling as long as the user keeps their momentum high. Easier to conserve energy this way instead of using chakra to stay on surfaces. Limit: Must know Wind Release and have been taught the technique by it's creator Ma-Buru. (With the exception of the Sharingan and Byakugan which are able to see the tricks used in the technique)
Katon Gufuu- (Fire Tornado) Rank: B Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: The user makes the hand signs for the jutsu. Then the user does a fire based jutsu such as Goukakyuu no Jutsu, then the user uses more chakra and makes wind take the fire and the wind then begins to twirl the fire around and round until eventually it is a swirling vortex of doom and terror. The fire tornado will last for as long as the user has the chakra to sustain it.

He will see the user making hand signs and the user blowing fire out but he won’t see the hand signs being made from behind the fire then he will see the fire being lifted up and start twirling around how big it gets is chose by the user. Wind Surf Rank: C Skill: NinJutsu Effect: Use wind to surf on land. Special: Hand seals: Rabbit Drawback: None Description: Using the chakra and shifting it to your feet. Then you ajust your body and weight to the winds current. After that you push your chakra to the back to of your feet in which you want to thrust your self and keep your weight balanced as if you was standing on the tip of a tree top. Limit: Must have wind release.
Hinote Hiryuu no Jutsu (Flaming Wind Dragon technique) Rank: B-rank Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: When used, the user gathers wind and fire that swirls around the user for a bit of time and then they combine into a logner chiense dragon and arc up high over the user; the user seems to disappear with the jutsu but is actually travelling up near the dragon's head. The jutsu is then manipulted and charges straight for the opponent, engulfing them in high winds and flames temporarily paralyzing them for a few seconds for the user to attack them in any way seen fit. The opponent is only paralyzed if the dragon engulfs them, the user travels in the dragon's head and is able to attack the opponent, but also causes the opponent burns from the fires and can cut them with the high winds. Special: Handseals: Tiger; Dragon; Horse; Ram Drawback: It takes a bit of time for the wind and fire to combine and since it carries the user to the opponent, if it is dodged the user crashes and burns. High rick, high return. Description: The wind and fire swirl around the user at first seperately, then combine into a flaming column that takes the shape of a traditional chinese dragon. The dragon has a diameter of about 10 feetand is very large, fiery, and windy; in the head can be seen the user controling it but very faintly. Limit: Limited to Katon and Fuuton
Fuuton - Tsuin Doragon no Jutsu (Wind - Twin Dragon Technique) Rank: B-rank Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Requires the only seal of dragon. It utilizes the element of wind to create two dragons that swirl around the user and can be moved through the air by chakra usage towards a target. The two dragons become feirce winds and collect any debris or anything that swirl around within it, and charge towards an enemy, slashing at them with fierce winds and a powerful blow. If the seal is formed upsidedown, the wind dragons can be used in a vaccuum sort of way; basically when the dragon's hit the user, the only effect it has on them is that it sucks the air out of them, causing lack of oxygen and possible suffocation. Special: Handseals : Dragon (reverse dragon) Drawback: If used incorrectly, or not strong enough to weild this technique, the jutsu could backfire. Expecially dangerous when using reverse version, if not utilized well, suffocation could become your downfall. Description: When created, it becomes two twin dagons, about 5 feet in diameter, length varies to the distance of the opponent. They look like traditional chinese dragons, no color since wind is transparent, color can change to the debris that is collected. Limit: n/a
Futon: Bukisuraisu Rank: C Skill: Taijutsu Effect: Using a weapon or ones hand, the user slash's the air creating a sickle shaped gust of wind mixed with chakra that speeds out cutting anything in its way before eventually dissapitating. Special: -- Drawback: Accuracy counts and as the gust keep moving, they can damage anything in the area. Description:Not to be confused with Temari's Kamaitachi no Jutsu which requires a fan. The user gathers chakra to there hands or weapon and slash the air, diagonally in front of them with much force as a sickle shaped gust of wind blows out incredibly fast. It can cut down opponentsa inflicting a moderate amount of damage and chop down trees. It has even been known to cut through rock when used with enough force. Can also repel weapons and even sound waves. Limit: Anyone can use. Is harder to learn when using bare hands. To display this this, a level of 35 is needed rather then the traditional 30. Must have Wind Release.

Futon: Eatama Rank: D Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Creates a ball of air about the size of a beachball. It does no damage but is useful for sitting on and escaping from a dangerous situation quickly. This ball is also handy as while riding it you can ride up walls, ceilings, water, hot ground and cold ground without harm. Special: Horse, Serpent Drawback: Really None Description: The user quickly performs the simple handseals, horse then serpent then extends there hand under them palm extended as almost instanously, air forms into a ball under them. They can then sit on the ball and scoot away quickly or ride it across hostile terrain or up steep cliffs. Limit: Must have Wind Release. The ball continues to use chakra as long as it reamins active but only a small amount, two points of chakra per turn.
Futon: Meimei Hei Rank: C Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Creates an invisible wall of high pressure air anywhere on the battlefield. Multiples ones can be placed creating for an extremely good defense and a confusing time for opponents who keep running into walls. Special: Peformed with the Bird handseal Drawback: Can be seen through by Byakuugen and Sharingan. Description: The user creates the bird handseal and pushes outward creating the wall. This is useful for a quick defense when an opponent is runing towards you or to scatter around the battlefield to trap or confuse then opponent. Limit: Must have wind release.
Futon: Torihouto Rank: C Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Gathering chakra to the users limbs the user gains extremely strong amounts of air underneath them allowing them to float in the air in a sort of flight. When the user is in the air, it resembles walking on water. Alltitude can be altered by jumping. However this is not flight as the user can only move up or down however the user can fall and glide. Special: -- Drawback: Uses up a fair amount of chakra. Dangerous to use in storms. The jutsu makes the user feel weightless which can be nauseating. Description: The user gathers their chakra to there limbs envoking air to swell around there legs and arms, mainly there feet as they begin to feel weightless. With a large jump they soar into the air and wherever they stop at is where they remain as they float, normally one leg down and one leg curled up in front of them. They can jump again and again to gain higher altitude. To go down, the user merely dives or in better terms makes there feet higher then there head. Although one cannot fly you can straighten your body with your feet slightly higher then your head so the user falls but glides as they do which can gain a few miles before reaching the ground. Limit: Must have Wind Release.
Futon: Eakobushi Rank: B Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Creates two giant arms and fist made of air that stays behind the user. The mimic the users fist and can stretch out and attack the opponent. They are strong enough to punch through and break to pieces rock, cause holes in mountains, and destroy fortifications. What makes this jutsu even more deadly is its versatility as the fist can operate likes hands allowing them an unlimited range of movement, even grabbing things. Special: Monkey Serpent Boar Ox Rat Drawback: Moving apart of the body other then the hands and arms will cause the air fist to dissipate. Description: The user forms the handseals as air begins to gather in a large ball above them. Its splits as two large funnels are formed and begin to take the appearance of fist and arms. They seem to grow from behind the users back as the user can no control them. Th hands can punch, grab, throw and move like limbs normaly would. Limit: Must have Wind Release
Futon: Ashisui-pu Rank: D - C Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Creates a waves of air along the ground that can trip the opponent or cause them to lose there balance. Not to be confused with Temari's Dust Wind Technique which requires a fan. Special: Serpent, Boar, Horse Drawback: Anyone in front of the user will be effected by the jutsu, friend or foe. Can be jumped over but as the jutsu itself is invisable only a keen eye seeing grass sway or dirt move from the wind will be able to pick up on it in time. Description: The user forms the handseals gathering chakra to there pointer fingers. When they get to the Horse handseal the user blows lightly on his pointer fingers creating a small gust of wind on the ground causing the opponent or anyone in front of the user to be tripped or lose there balance. Limit: Must have Wind Release
Futon: Kazepusshu Rank: D Skill: Taijutsu Effect: When the user pushes out with there palm, creates a small funnel of air that can push the opponent back or over, but it causes little if any pain. This however can be a very annoying jutsu. Special: -- Drawback: -- Description: The user quickly gathers a small amount of chakra to there hand and pushes it outward with there palm as a small funnel/gust of air blows out with enough force to push the opponent back or off balance. Limit: Must have Wind Release.
Shippuutentei Rank: A Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: One of the strongest Futon jutsus. Causes the wind to begin spinning violently in the air as three large funnel clouds comes from the clouds and spin around the user before coming together as one and causing a large sphere of air around the battlefield with hurricane strength winds that can severely damage or kill anything in the air. The user is protected as the jutsu formes around him. Special: Ram Dragon Ox Rat Tiger Rat Dog Drawback: Damages anything in the area, friend or foe. Must be used outdoors, when used indoors it can blow away the structure harming the user. Description: The user forms the handseals as the wind above them begins to twirl. As the handseals complete the sky becomes dark and the clouds swirl violently. Three tornados/funnel clouds fall from the sky and cause damage as they spina round the user before coming together in a large ball of wind that blows with hurricane strength winds. This move can be even more deadly if there is alot of debris or weapons scattered in the battleground. Limit: Must have Wind Release
Kaze no Tate -- ( Shield of Wind ) Type: Ninjutsu Rank: C Effects: The Kaze no Tate operates in a fashion similar to Suna no Tate. The User's chakra will combine with the surrounding air, and use it to generate forceful currents of wind around the user, to deflect incoming projectiles, or actually block a wind attack. Description: Practically invisible currents of air rush to the defense of the user. This jutsu activates automatically unless the user himself chooses to "disable" the ability in a situation. Special: Has the ability to block Wind Release attacks. Does not acquire the awareness of the user to defend[can block strikes that the user can't see, like the sand shield has been known to do.] Drawbacks: Cannot block Taijutsu. Only effective against projectiles, sand jutsus and wind jutsus. Constantly consumes chakra each time it is used. Chakra Consumption: 10 Chakra Per Use. Other: A ninja with 10 more Ninjutsu than the User can perform Jutsu that will not be effected the the Shield of Wind.
Futon: Draco no Jutsu Rank: C-rank one arm A-rank two arms Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Creates a dragonlike attack also used as an extension of the arm Special: horse, rabbit, rat, snake, tiger Drawback: If used more than once in 20 post the user goes into a severe faint like condition Description: The user gathers whipping winds into the shape of a dragon and does a punchlike stance and the "dragon" and swallows the opponent causing severe wind damage. Limit: Clone will teach to anyone he feels like (Anyone can learn)
Windblades Rank: "C" Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: pain Special: Seal of horse and rat Drawback: None Description: Using chakra, the user shapes the wind into something sharp and invisible (like on Kung fu Hustle with the instrument guys) and sends the wind at the opponent. Ten blades of wind can be created at once, but can only travel in a straight line, making them avoidable if seen. Limit: Can only be taught by Shaolin. Shaolin keeps the scroll on her at all times in one of three scroll cases hidden on her person.
Fuuton - Fuukiritori no Jutsu (Cutting Wind) Rank: C Rank, Offensive (CJ) Skill: Ninjutsu Special: Needs the use of a sword-like weapon. "Hand Seals" - Dragon, Tiger, Bird Description: While holding a sword or similar weapon, the hand seals are performed. The Chakra is gathered in the sword hand, waiting for a sword strike in the air - the sword is then used in a wide arc swing towards the target, and the chakra is released through the blade into the air, sending out a cutting wind at the target - it causes a little damage and is capable of knocking them back or onto the ground. Limits: Other than needing to be used through a weapon, it is more of a mid-range attack Jutsu, losing most of its power at long range and not gaining enough strength at close range. Requires Wind Release.
Wind release: Gliding Wind no Jutsu Rank: B-Rank Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: The user shifts the wind current to either guide an opponents projectile back at them, give their own projectile weapon exceeding speed and force when thrown, or increase their own speed by glding along with the forcing wind while running. Special: Wind release required. Snake, boar, rat, dog. Drawback: If the user attempts to use this jutsu to increase his/her own speed, the user must have an exptional grasp on taijutsu mastery. Otherwise their body will overly exhaust fom the strain put on the muscles, and the shortage of breath from being able to inhale properly at such a speed. Description: The uer focuses his/her chakra to manipulate the wind current around them. The user redirects any projectile launched, back at their opponent with added force and speed. The user may also use this jutsu to increase the force and speed of their own projectile or increase their own speed by gliding with the manipulated wind current. Limit: Taijutsu specialist.

Raiton no Jutsu (Lightning Release Skill) With this skill, or release, the user is now capable of using, and performing techniques that deal with the element of Lightning. This means that any NinJutsu or specialized TaiJutsu that deals the Lightning Release will need this in order to be performed correctly.
Raiton - Raikyuu (Lightning Ball) Rank: "D" Rank Skill: NinJutsu Effect: Creates a ball of lightning used to where the technique is capable of being hurled towards the person. Special: "Hand Seals" Drawback: The user is unable to move while using this technique. Description: The user does an amount of handseals as they quickly concentrate on the chakra along the palm of their hands. The technique is used to where they create a small ball of lightning to where the user is capable of hurling it towards the opponent. This technique is weak however and is only capable of paralyzing an oponent for approximatly one round no matter how strong the opponent may be. Limit: Lightning Release
Lightning Release · Jolt Clamp [Raiton · Yusuburu Kasugai No Jutsu] Rank: "C" Rank Skill: NinJutsu Effect: A Technique used to where a user is capable of paralyzing an opponent depending on where the user touches in which paralyzes a limb of the body. Special: "Handseals" Drawback: --- Description: The user concentrates an electrical current along the palm of their hand. By doing so the user is capable of pushing fourth and must grab upon the opponent in a rough like manner. Doing so the electrical current pushes against the muscles of the body of the user which temerarily paralyzes the limb or section of which was touched for Two Rounds. Limit: Must have the Lightning Release
Raiton - Ikazuchi no Kiba (Lightning Bolt Fang) Rank: "B" Rank Skill: NinJutsu Effect: Creates lightning from the sky to come forth and attack an area. Special: "Handseals" Drawback: The user himself may be capable of getting hit with the technique Description: Ikazuchi no Kiba is a ninjutsu technique that utilizes the Lightning Element. Raiton - Rairyuu no Tatsumaki (Lightning Dragon Tornado) Rank: "B" Rank Skill: NinJutsu Effect: Creates a large Tornado to where a massive dragon like element pushes forth creating a large like vortex. Special: "Handseals" Drawback: --- Description: Rairyuu no Tatsumaki is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Lightning Element. The ninja does a long string of hand seals which then causes a bolt of lightning to drop from the sky. The current will be contained within and around the user's form. They will then begin to spin in place forming a whirling vortex of wind and electricity. The vortex will take on the form of a dragon and strike out against his opponent. Even if the attack doesn't directly connect with his foe, the lightning can jump from the vortex to hit a nearby target. Limit: Must have the Lightning Release.
Sonic Thunder Rank: A Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: The user uses a combo of sound and thunder jutsus to shock and blast the opponent away. Can be used to set up room for a combo Special: Handseals- Rat, Monkey, Dragon, Boar, Dog, Dragon Drawback: Can be easily dodged Description: The user uses Zankuha to launch air and sound waves towards the opponent. He sends thunder via the release and jutsu along the sound waves towards the opponent. If it hits, the user will be shocked Limit: Anyone can learn this Must know Lightning Release and One Lightning Jutsu, and Sound release and Zankuha- Decapitating Air Wave.
Flying Shock Rank: C Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: If the charged weapon touches the opponent's skin, they recieve a potent electric shock in addition to any damage the weapon may make on it's own. When used, this jutsu gives one charge, and one charge only. Special: Half-Ram. Drawback: None. Description: Gives any metal weapon an electric charge. The weapon must be held when the jutsu is activated. The required handseal only uses one hand, so the other hand holds the weapon. The weapon itself undergoes no visible change, the opponent would have no idea about it unless they witnessed the technique being used. Limit: Lightning Release needed.

Ridairekuto Rank: B Rank Skill: Nin Effect: When the user is hit by any form of ligthning (Includes jutsu's or natural) the user is able to make the lighning go threw their body and by channeling thier chakra is able to redirect the lightning threw their hand anywhere they wish but must be a quick action. Special: None Drawback: If used to 5 times in a row the user's hand's start to get electriacal burns making it impossiable for the use to close their hand. Description: When the user know's that they are about to be hit by lightning they start to channel their chakra threw their body to imbress the impact, when they are hit the chakra then quickly lead's the lightning their the open channel way then made to send it out threw their hand. Raitoningu Sanmai Rank: A Rank Skill: Nin Effect: When the user is hit by any form of lightning (Includes Jutsu or Natural) the user is able to absorb the lightning as their own, they can transfer the lightning they absorb into more chakra for them or may have the option to combine that with a jutsu they have that have the same principles of what they abosrb to increase the strength of the rank. By doing this the user is unharmed by any damage that it was suppose to be done to them when they where hit with the lightning. Special: None Drawback: If the user uses this more then 8 times their is a high chance the 9 time they do it, it will cause them a heart attack causing them to fall unconcises. Description: The user's body's chakra is ready at anytime the user need it to. When hit by any lightning the user is able to absorb the lightning as thier own for chakra. Zeus's Bolt Rank: C Rank Skill: Nin Effect: The user is able to make a three foot long lightning bolt in thier hand which they can throw at that oppoenent. Special: None Drawback: None Description: By focusing chakra in the center of the palm the use is able to send lightning from the center of the plam to make a three foot long lightning bolt in their hand which is able to be thrown like a javalen. Limit: Lightning Release Skill (Raiton no Jutsu).
Axis Rank: A Rank Skill: Nin Effect: By increasing the speed of the electrons, neutrons and molecule;s in their body. The user then speed increase allowing them to move as fast as Lightning. Special: None Drawback: This can only be used for 5 turns before the body starts to brake down the moleculs, killing them. Description: By sending lightning pulses threw the users body they are able to effect the electrons, neutrons and molecule's by speeding them up at high lightning speed. This then affects the user by making them move as highspeeds. Limit: Lightning Release Skill (Raiton no Jutsu)
Storm of Judgement Rank: S Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Creates a storm taht shoots out multiple bolts of lightning over an area of 25 feet from the user. the storm will dissipate over 4 turns, if not sooner as it takes a large amount of chakra to use and maintain. Special: Ox, Tiger, Dragon, Ram, Sheep, Snake, Monkey, Rat, Ram, Dragon, Ox, Tiger, Dragon, Ram, Ox, Sanke, Monkey, Rabbit Drawback: If the user is unfocused the storm will strike randomly and can easily strike allies instead of your intended target. Description: Releasing their chakra into the air and mixing it with the clouds above, the user can turn a clear day into a raging thunder storm. The user then uses the chakra-saturated storm to produce lightning bolts that can strike his opponents down multiple times. Useful for when surrounded. Limit: Genshuku made this technique due to his living in cloud village and studying hte abilities of lightning first hand. So in turn, Genshuku can teach this to you to make this easier but it is possible to master it on your own but you must know at least 3 lightning jutsu above C rank.
Lightning Slash Rank: S Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Can paralyze or kill multiple opponents. Special: Rat, Dragon, Ox, Tiger, Monkey, Horse, Dog, Rabbit, Rooster, Boar Drawback: Stands a good chance of striking the user also. After use, character is paralyzed for 30 seconds. Description: The user makes the required handseals, and sweeps his arm in front of him, relesing electrified chakra from his arms in the general direction over a wide range. It will move as many lightning bolts sweeping across the land. The bolts will travel up to 15 feet or until they hit someone. The lightning bolts are a bright blue and are very quick. When they hit someone, they will explode on contact, causing extra damage. Limit: Must have lightning release. Can only be used once per thread.
Paralysis Touch Rank: A Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: The jutsu leaves the enemy ninja paralyzed for 10 seconds. Special: Dog, Horse, Ox, Boar, Rabbit, Mouse, Dragon, Monkey. Drawback: If the jutsu is not completed after 20 seconds, it will start to damage the user's hand. If it does not hit the spine or neck, it will only paralyze that part of the user's body. Description: The user makes the handseals and his hand becomes covered in electrified chakra. He then tries to touch his opponent in the neck or spine. If the jutsu is successful, the enemy will not be able to move for a minute. If it hits another part of the user's body, it will only paralyze that part of the user's body. Limit: Can only be used twice per thread. Requires lightning release.
Lightning Wall Rank: B Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Creates a wall of lightning as tall as the user and 2 feet wide in the direction of an attack on the user that blocks most attacks and shocks anyone that touches it, paralyzing them for 30 seconds. Special: Dragon, Snake, Boar, Rabbit, Monkey, Dog, Horse Drawback: Will be destroyed by any attack higher than B rank. Cannot block multi-directional attacks. User becomes tired and worn out after use. Description: The user does the handsigns, creating a wall of lightning in the desired direction. The wall stays in place for 5 seconds, or until the user dismisses it. Limit: Can only be used 5 times per thread, and once per page. Must be a ninjutsu master to use.
Lightning Bug technique Rank: Gennin Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: First the user must focus on and be able to clearly see the desired target. Then when thrown the lightning bug seeks the target and hits it unless it is stoped by another object. When the lightning bug hits a metallic object it instantly magnetizes it, thus any metal projectile would be pulled twards it. When it hits a non-metalic object it just bursts in a very stunning flash. The end result is the taget object being magnetized unless something were to interupt the path of travel. Special: Dog, Ox, Snake Drawback: User must be able to clearly see and focus on an intended object. Enemy might be able to discard the target affected object. Description: This technique generates a small burst of chakra which looks like a lightning bug when done properly. The technique focuses a small amount of chakra into a small area of the palm. The chakra at first appears like a lighning ball, then when thrown the ball takes a more solid appearing for alike to a firefly. Limit: Must have Lightning realease.
Thunderhorse Rank: C Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Can cause paralization (6 seconds, one full post) and shocks(very light burns). Special: Dog, Bird, Tiger, Dragon Drawback: Can't be aimed, just got to hope it hits sometime before you get too tired. Might hit allies accidently. Description: After doing the apropriate handsigns the user makes a ball of electrified chakra which shoots jolts of electrisity outwards randomly hiting spots in frontal area of the user. The technique is called Thunderhorse because when the electrisity hits any object it makes a sound alike to a horse. Limit: Only goes between 10 and 25 meters. Takes chakra per second, thus user can become very tired very fast. Must have lightning realease.

Dageki Bunshin no Jutsu (Shocking Clone) Rank: B Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: user creates one or usually several clones using dust present in the air and chakra, that erupt into a burst of electricity upon contact, shocking whoever makes contact. Each shock can carry several thousand volts of electricity. A single clone can cause significant damage and temporarily paralyze an opponent, and several may cause severe damage. Clones cannot attack. Special: Horse, Monkey, Tiger, Snake, Monkey, Tiger, Snake, Rabbit Drawback: Dageki clones tend to react when placed too close together, making it easy for a ninja to tell they are clones. They also may shock nearby metallic objects as well. Description: User preforms hand seals, and several clones sprout form the air surrounding him/her. Raiton: Hirameki no Jutsu (Lightning Flash) Rank: D Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Causes a blinding flash that can disorientate enemies (up to 10m) Special: Rat Drawback: --- Description:The user holds the rat handseal and closes their eyes, gathering chakra into them. The user then opens them suddenly, and emits an extremely bright flash from their eyes that can temporarilly blind and/or disorientate enemies. The blinding effect usually lasts one turn. Limit: Lightning Release
Raiton: Raikou no Ken Rank: C Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: Allows the user the ability to send small jolts of electricity into the opponent with every hand-strike and arm block for three turns. Can be used in conjunction with most Taijutsu that deal with hand-strikes. Special: Snake Drawback: May backfire if user attacks a water clone or other water type barrier etc. Description: User takes in a very deep breath and holds the snake handsign breifly while their chakra is diverted to their arms. With every punch or other hand strike, the user's chakra is sent out into the opponent's body in a small burst that is electrified. It doesn't cause paralysis immediately, but the strikes do accumulate and it adds to the power of each strike. Basically, you hit harder and you shock as well. A smaller shock is sent out whenever the user blocks an attack with their arms. It is significantly less severe, but it does cause discomfort to the opponent. Limit: Lightning Release
Ranpugan (Lightning orb gun) Rank: ''A'' Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: User slams a hand reinforced with chakra and lightning, into the enemy that results in a massive burst of chakra erupting out of the victim damaging the body greatly with shocking force. Special: Dragon, dog, monkey, tiger, dragon, rat Drawback: User must be in close combat for jutsu to work and can cause muscle damage if used too many times Description: After preforming the needed hand seals, the user grabs his/her wrist as an aura of chakra forms around the arm. The user then uses lightning to spiral around his/ arm as well. The user slams his hand into the enemy's body as a blast of pure chakra endowed with lightning erupts from the victim's body. . Raiton • Raikou Yama No Jutsu [Lightning Release • Lightning Bullet] Rank: D-Ranked Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: The users fingertips begin to glow a light blue as they fire off lightning bolts from the fingertips. Special: Tiger, Serpent, Dragon Drawback: After being used multiple times they begin to numb the user’s finger making it very difficult to use weapon’s such as Bows, Swords, or even Kunai. Can be trained multiple times to increase the amount of times that it is capable of using without making finger’s numb Description: Once the user has performed the required handseals the user will outstretch his hands and his fingers. Chakra will be rapidly gathered their and suddenly each finger will begin to emit electricity. The user will then move their hands back and fling them forward releasing the Lightning Bullets at the opponent. The Bullet’s look like small marble-sized balls of lightning with is giving off a constant discharge. The balls travel as fast as a person can throw a kunai or shuriken. Limit: Lightning Release
Raiton • Ribon Tegotae no Jutsu [Lightning Release • Ribbon Effect Skill] Rank: B-Ranked Skill: Ninjutsu Effect: A skill that is normally used during the midst of a rain storm. The user will send forth a lightning bolt from their hands, that will be channeled through falling rain drops. When hitting the rain drops, the lightning will seperate and scatter, turning into many smaller lightning bolts. Which all are concentrated towards the opponent, to shock them from multiple directions Special: Dragon, Tiger, Serpent, Bird, Rat Drawback: N/A Description: A Jutsu which I used during Rainstorms. The user will perform the handseals and then will lift one hand and collect chakra to that hand. It will begin to emit electricity and once the hand is ready the user will push their hand forward releasing the bolt of lightning which will travel forward until it his a rain drop once it does the lightning bolt will scatter into 5 separate bolts and once each bolt hits another rain drop it will once again split into 5. This cycle will continue until the lightning hits the opponent. Though with the chakra that was inserted into the lighting it can be used to target the opponent. Limit: Lighting Release

Chidori (a.k.a. Raikiri) is a Ninjutsu technique developed by Hatake Kakashi utilizing the Lightning Element. Chidori allows him to cut through any foe. Later, Uchiha Sasuke used his Sharingan and the training of Kakashi to also learn the technique. It was given the nickname Raikiri after it was said Kakashi used the technique to cut a lightning bolt in two. Chidori is used for assassination purposes. Activating the body to focus chakra to the hand, Kakashi and Sasuke's hand become enveloped by an electrical force. This force is their chakra altered in nature to an electrical current. By altering the shape of the force, similar to an electrical discharge, they can decide the power and range of the attack.
After concentrating all the chakra into the arm, Kakashi and Sasuke use their quickness and the power of the thrust from the chakra to pierce any object with the extended forearm. Because their opponent can easily counter the attack, it requires a Sharingan user to make the technique worthwhile. The Sharingan will allow them to predict any moves their opponent decides to make and send their strike home into the target. Due to the high speed, the force emits a sound like a thousand birds chirping which gave the technique its name. Because of the great amount of chakra needed to utilize the technique, the technique can only be used so many times during the day.

This has not stopped many Jounin-level ninja from learning the technique however. Instead of creating several clones, several hundred clones are created. Like normal Kage Bunshin a ninja's chakra is split evenly among the clones when created.

Rasengan - Spiral Sphere Rank: A Range: Close (0m ~ 5m) Type: Attack
Rasengan was a ninjutsu technique developed over the span of three years by the Fourth Hokage. The technique was taught to his sensei Jiraiya, who then passed it on to the young ninja Naruto years later. Like Kage Bunshin, Naruto would adopt the technique as a signature move and make it all his own. The technique is unlike other jutsu in that it does not require any handseals, it just relied on the ninja's ability to mold chakra. The ninja concentrates a contained, fast, rotating sphere of chakra in the palm of their hand which can cause much destructive impact.
Thus the technique was pure shape manipulation of chakra, unlike most elemental techniques which are shape and nature manipulation. Hatake Kakashi stated the technique was unfinished for this reason, as the Fourth Hokage did not get a chance to add some form of nature manipulation to it and it was even unclear whether it is even possible for an elemental nature to be added. Naruto dedicated himself to this task though, in the hopes of fusing his Wind elemental nature with the Rasengan's shape manipulation. He eventually succeeded after long and hard training, which took advantage of Kage Bunshin's memory absorption capabilities. He was able to finish the jutsu in the span of a few weeks what would have taken a normal ninja numerous years. The new Wind Element version was thus named Fuuton: Rasengan.
Learning Rasengan:
To teach Naruto the Rasengan, Jiraiya broke the training down into three parts. With a foundation of water and tree walking, Jiraiya wanted Naruto to create a flow of chakra from his palm and rotate it. By holding a water balloon in his hand, the released chakra would cause the water inside to move. The first act is to gather and maintain chakra in ones hand; this uses skills gained in the tree climbing exercise. Next the ninja needs to release a constant amount of chakra as learned in the water walking exercise. Finally the ninja needs to push and rotate the water inside the water balloon.
Step One:
Jiraiya thus broke down the training into three steps. First Naruto had to rotate the water and break the water balloon; this step emphasizes rotation. The rotating chakra must spin in proper synch with the body. When the body and spirit energy mix to form chakra, it rotates clockwise or counter clockwise within the body of the ninja. The ninja will need to spin the chakra within the palm in the same direction it does in the body to attain maximum efficiency. Naruto had trouble popping the balloon with the first step, because he was unable to make his chakra rotate randomly with only one hand. To make up for this issue, he learned to utilize his right hand to release the chakra, and then use this hand to strike the left balloon hand multiple times to rotate the water inside. This caused the water to rotate multiple ways, creating enough instability to break the balloon.
Step Two:
The second step involves breaking a rubber ball, much like the water balloon but about 100 times more difficult to pop. This step emphasizes power. Because the ball lacks water, it is more difficult to imagine the spinning chakra inside. Naruto had the most difficulty with this step. No matter how much chakra he pumped into the ball it would not pop, causing more and more pain in his hands. He then grasped he would need to build and keep storing the chakra until he could bear the pain no more, and then begin the rotation process. Doing it in this fashion allowed him to pierce the skin and deflate the ball. This step is hard because there was little for Naruto to concentrate on. To rectify this, Jiraiya had Naruto concentrate on a mark made in the palm of the hand. Naruto had difficulty concentrating on the spot until he remembered back to the leaf forehead training his teacher Iruka taught years before. By placing a leaf to the forehead, a ninja would have to properly concentrate on it alone and mold the chakra to keep it affixed to the forehead. Naruto modified his palm mark to look like a leaf. He then focused and concentrated his chakra to this spot and the ball exploded!
Step Three:
The third step involves quickly rotating the chakra randomly in a balloon full of air. This causes the chakra to form a spherical shape akin to a small typhoon. Though even more power and rotation is used than in step two, the balloon itself will not move or pop due to the precise chakra control. Using 100% of the skills used in steps one and two, the ninja is to create an imaginary layer to contain the rotating chakra and compress the chakra within that layer. By retaining this power within the hand alone, the power will not disperse, it will become faster and more concentrated and reach its ultimate destructive power. Naruto had trouble controlling 100% of his power with just two hands and had to rely on a Kage Bunshin clone to help contain the rotating chakra within the spherical layer.
Final:
Mastering Normal Rasengan:
Naruto would later advance his skills, giving him greater control of his chakra during the Rasengan creation process. Naruto would also go on to further make the jutsu his own, by creating a new variation of the Rasengan called Oodama Rasengan, this "Big Ball" version relies on a Kage Bunshin, but packs an even more powerful impact than the normal Rasengan.
Creating an Elemental Rasengan:
Naruto's drive to stay on equal footing with Uchiha Sasuke would cause him to take the next step in developing the Rasengan. Upon speaking with Hatake Kakashi, Naruto realized that Kage Bunshin transfer their memeory back to the ninja upon dispersal. Because Naruto had access to vast quanities of chakra, he could use Tajuu Kage Bunshin fairly extensively. This would allow each Naruto to work on the jutsu, disperse and then give the rest the updated information. This allowed Naruto to use thousands of clones and greatly reduce the time needed to figure out how to successfully alter the nature of the chakra into his Wind element type. What would have taken Naruto alone possibly decades to do; he managed to do in the span of about a week. It is unclear whether any other elements could successfully be added to the Rasengan shaped chakra. With enough time and training, a ninja with enough control over an element type may be able to do so.
Wind Element Training Step One:
The Wind Element is known for its ability to cut and sever most anything, making it an excellent offensive oriented ability for close and mid-ranged battles. The first step in wind training is placing a leaf between ones palms and then cutting it in half with only ones chakra. To manipulate ones chakra it helps if the ninja imagines their chakra splitting into two and then grinding back across themselves. This allows the two chakra fields to essentially sharpen the other into a very thin and sharp cutting edge.
Wind Element Training Step Two:
The second step involves cutting running water with all the Wind chakra the ninja can manage. With this the ninja has to create and produce massive amounts of elemental chakra nearly instantaneously, just as they would in an actual jutsu. To successfully cut the water, the ninja must ensure their Wind chakra remains in the body long enough after molding it.
Wind Element Training Step Three:
The final step in Wind training is to spatially recompose your newly created elemental chakra. This allows the ninja to determine the strength and scope of their attack. The normal Rasengan itself is pure spatial recomposition of chakra. To combine the two is not easy, as the number of ninja who can do both simultaneously is limited. To do so requires a natural innate talent. It was this step which was too difficult even for the Fourth Hokage. The Fourth intended to add his own elemental chakra into the highly developed spatial recomposition of the Rasengan to create a Rank S or even higher rank of difficulty jutsu. This task proved very difficult for Naruto, extensively requiring Tenzou's Bijuu control powers. According to Naruto this task asked him to do two things which couldn't be done alone. To that end he decided to use two clones, one to help with Rasengan formation and the other to help in Wind element creation. This allowed him to finally master the technique, without the apparent need for other clones.

Fuuton • Rasen Shuriken is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Wind Element. Rasen Shuriken was developed by Uzumaki Naruto out of the original Fuuton • Rasengan. This spiraling Wind attack has only been seen in a half completed state. But even in this incomplete form, it has wrought massive destruction. With the aid of clones Naruto will form Rasengan and add the Wind Element. Though called "shuriken" the attack is not thrown. The trick name along with the aid of clones who act as a feint allow Naruto to get in close and strike his opponent. The attack itself can only be maintained in his hands for a few seconds time.
Rasen Shuriken is formed by enumerable miniscule small blades which slice into every cell of his target, severing the chakra circulatory channels connecting all the vital points on the body. Once it connects the highly dangerous attack will envelop the target in a massive sphere of destruction. The attack hits the opponent in such a way that it is even beyond the abilities of the Sharingan to copy. Due to its channel severing nature, the result on the body resembles a fast acting poison more than an outright attack. Unfortunately this same damage is done to Naruto's arm. For that reason Tsunade declared it forbidden.
