Lights are hung from every building, making the village glow brightly on the first night of the twilight festival. The Hokage's tower has a large brazier with a flame dancing around inside it, taking various shapes such as a dragon and a fox. People fill the streets of the village, and ANBU and other ninja seem to be everywhere, guarding the village and their respective leaders. There is music all around and many merchants have taken this opportunity to sell their wares at stands around the village. All the bars and restaurants are full, and the village is abuzz with the happiness and excitement of the people inside.

Kenshin walked out of his apartment, he was instantly overcome by the music all around, and the large crowds of people, normal, Shinobi, ANBU and even village leaders. Kenshin went to a food vender, he then went and purchased, a meat Kabob, he then paid the man, and walked off, with his swords at his hip, and started to eat the kabob off the stick, walking down the street, with little kids running by.

Tesuya leaned against an street sign, He looked at the few drops that were falling from the sky, his work, not much to interuptt the festival but enough that he could sense if someone was going to attack. He turned seeing an man with swords eating a kabob. His chakra level was high, He turned to the Hokage's tower, the chakra leaking from it was extremly high, not as high as the bijuu but high, fitting for an Kage.

The tiny figure moved among peple his bell that normal was jingling on his wrist with many others each diffrent shaped mainly it gave him people skills as to watch out tiny midget coming through. His hair had grown out and was no longer short like ith ad been years ago. his hair cascading down his back like a snake through the grass giving him the apperance of a femine character.
He was wearing a Yukata or a festival outfit. His was snow white with pink sakura blossums bursting on it obviously either one he didn't care or two if anyoen brought it up they'd see this kitty had nice sharp and cute claws. His hair being bound back by a black ribbion contrasting with his snow white hair
His body moving ellegantly as the weapon bell rung it rang out pure like a sound of beauty through the heart. He was hear for one reason and one reason alone. To find the kitty. He had lost his kitty among the people meowing would draw attention unless he was alone plus this was the kitty he called Oni-chan. He'd look up at a male who was starring down at him before he spoke he moved the fan to his face to cover his smirk
"Well what the hell are you staring at he'd jump off the ground for a moment using the guys head as a step stool. Landing in another area grinning as he meowed softly a snow white cat running through the legs of people jumping onto his shoulder as he stood ther a look of awe crossed his face.
"Kitty don't leave me again>' All he got was am eow in return

Kenshin, not liking getting jumped on, and used as a step stool, walked up behind the kid, and picked up his cat and said "Don't ever jump on my head again, or you might not see your cat again." This ofcourse was said by his darker side, the one known as Himura Battôsai, he then continued to say "If you do use me as a step stool, or you jump on me, I will drop kick this cat to the Hokage Mansions roof." Kenshin then put the cat down and started to walk away.

He'd hear a loud hiss that echoed through the air. "DO not touch my cat if you v alue your life." He'd state standing there. He'd state his eye twitched. he was a very violent boy and plus he hated all adults and anyone loder. "I don't know if you knew this but I have put up with enough shit in my life to make yours look like floating down a stream did you have paretns that tried to kill you? Who got killed by their own plan. Do you have a child who is part cat part human and is an out cast among humans."
He'd say as he walked throguh the crowd. O now he was pissed. It was so obviously the way his tail fuzzed up likea real cats. "ADULTS WHAT BASTARDS." He'd yell

"One you wouldn't kill me one because the village would be against it to. Thats murder and three I am part of the leaf." He'd state walking away from the moron. reaching into the sleeve of his shirt. Bells rang loudly. They'd notice that his body twitched when it happened. He'd turn around slowly. They'd notice his eyes had clouded up walking past the other silent his feet steps were like zombie. It was the bell of the walker. he kept walking though Heading towards stand which had icy cold water on it. The cat on his shoulder meowing but there was no response. That was until he hit a slick spot and slid. but like most cats he'd flip in the air landing on his feet and hands a pop heard as one of his fingers cracked from the impact hte walker's spell being broken just sitting there like that tounge bathing himself

Proudly bearing the hitai-ate of Sunagakure no Sato, Mieko Takagi, a jounin, walked carefully through the village, a muscular, brown cat next to her. It was her familiar, cougar, and her friend, Fenrir. The sky was clear and the stars shone through the night with a half-full moon to follow. By the last night of the festival, the moon would be full. The Hokage planned the timing perfectly. But why would she host such a festival? Does she want her village to be attacked?
Mieko looked around, more intent on finding anything suspicious that she could report than the activity and happiness going on around her. Her eyes flicked back and forth, and every so often, she would glance over each of her shoulders. No one seemed to be bothering her, and nothing seemed to be amiss, so Mieko decided it would be best to relax for a bit. But the guard she had put up never left, and she was ready to spring at any given moment.
She stopped at a small stand selling various different tempura dishes, and ordered a small plate full of vegetable tempura. As she walked away, she took a bite from one of the pieces, and felt the skirt of her dress ruffle a bit. She twisted her neck around to see what it was, the tempura still in her mouth, and saw it was Fenrir. Mieko smiled and found another stand quickly, then bought some beef for her familiar. After a few minutes more of walking, she found a bench with just enough space for her to sit.
Mieko quickly took the seat, and Fenrir sat on the ground next to her. The two of them sat, happily eating together, sharing a secret conversation in a language that no one around them could understand.

The neko sat there tounge bawthing himself some more as he sat there he'd soon stand the bell ringing. The claws being taken from the ribbion of his Yukata but soon were returned as he saw something he wanted. He'd walk towards one of the booths standing their silently as he did he'd then tap the bar ever so gently. The Host would turn around. "I am ready to play." He'd point at the collar with the bell shaped as a rose it was ment for adult play but hey this boy wore a collar 24/7. The objective was to get the water balloon without popping it. He'd just grab the string ever so gently it'd be retracted with ease placing it down on the table it didn't pop see since his eyes were accute he saw when to release and slack the pressure or pulling. He'd take the collar placing it on his arm. "Thank you." he'd state well that was about 1 tenth of a missions pay. Which ment he had to be wise as he removed his weapon bell placing it on his wrist. The bell would br brought to his neck the rose jingling. It'd soon be bound. He sniffed the air the familar scent of a blood like his own was being tracked the boy weaved through the crowd seeing the huge cat sitting beside it meowing lightly as a welcoming greeting

Tesuya watched the going ons with an wary eye. He smirked at the sannin's comment and watched the kid who seemed to now think he's a cat. "interesting festival, it's like asking for someone to attack" his rain hadn't detected anyone yet, but he wasn't so sure. He could detect chakra sure enough but nothing else. He felt the respetable levels from the people. He leaned against an wall and looked at the sannin, "hey Kenshin, how are you?" he said,
